Shito is a seafood infused spicy sauce originating from Ghana. Shito literally means pepper in Ga; a native Ghanaian language. The production is a culmination of vegetables, seafood and spices simmered in hot vegetable oil.

In Ghana, Shito is a ubiquitous condiment that is served with many local meals e.g. Waakye, Jollof rice, Banku, Kenkey, Gari, etc, however it also compliments many international dishes such as fried rice, noodles, pasta, fries, salads and more.
